Killer Layla. This build is perfect when using Layla, Warrior Boots for early game defense (it can be replaced in late game). Windtalker and Berserker's Fury for Crit Chance. Haas Claws for Lifesteal, Malefic Gun for Even longer attack range, and wind of nature for immunity.

This is my recommended emblem setup for Layla

Change talent 2 to "Bargain Hunter" in order to buy items faster and achieve damage more earlier. You can give an impact even with small farm deficit. Also having kills will let you completely snowball the game. Note: it loses power near the late game.

Layla = Late Game Carry

Standard farming build. High movement speed at the early game. Play safe and carry when you have 3-4 items.
No boots build. Skip the boots and utilize skill 1 movement speed. You can buy boots later at the base. Better lane holding and more damage early on
Rip fanny hayabusa miya. Physical immunity is handy against unstoppable assassins.
High kill potential build. Early damage with Berserker's Fury, but lower attack speed. Burst down the enemy with skills at the early game and later snowball the game.
Late game carry.
