The Thill gives him an extra 16 damage, the Festival of Blood gives a extra 6% spell vamp and every kill or assist gives additional 0.5% spell vamp, up to 8 stacks, meaning if you max the stacks plus the 6% is equal to 10% spell vamp which is good for Thamuz's sustainability, and lastly the Temporal Reign, when casting the ultimate, Thamuz's first and second skill can reduces his normal cooldown to 1.5 times within 4s.
