she can one shot almost any hero with this build if enemy is tanky buy wish lantern over truncheon if its still isnt enough you can buy starlium sycthe since both vexana and her guardian can deal the true damage from its passive its a nightmare combo for tanks also i see people buying tough boots to her its just a waste of money she cant survive even with it and it just causes her to lack damage since arcane boots is so strong

Enchanted Talisman is to recover her mana and to reduce skill cooldown at early game. Tough Boots is to reduce cc from enemies. Glowing Wand is to reduce enemies` shield and hp recover. Lightning Truncheon is to update her skill damages. Blood Wings is for movement speed and shield. Genius Wand is for enemy high hp tanks and fighters.

Vexana relies on her skill and skills use up mana, that's why Demon Boots is a must have for her. This provides her with enough mana that she almost doesn't need to go back to base for mana regen. Next item would be Sky Piercer, it gives her extra adaptive damage during the early game and as this items becomes more powerful with more stacks we will build this itemafter the boots to quickly stack up. Glowing wand, a versatile item, gives burn damage and is a counter item for enemies with hp regen
